CEO & Managing Director: Mr. D. C. RastogiMr. D. C. Rastogi (B. E., Chemical) founded the company in 1977 after garnering experience in the Air & Gas domain for several years.
At the time of inception, the market was underserved and India was not at the forefront of technology. With a vision to change that, Mr. Rastogi took it upon himself to actively pursue collaboration to introduce latest market leading technologies in India. Mr. Rastogi, till date, is actively involved in technical discussions, decisions and customer interactions to ensure MVS continues to be the market leader.Executive Director: Mr. Siddharth RastogiMr. Siddharth Rastogi (B.Tech, MBA) joined the firm in November 2009 after working in the IT industry and Consulting business for 14 years. Mr. Rastogi handles sales and marketing at MVS Engineering and is also responsible for charting out future strategic growth path for the company. With an acumen for international business and a well travelled individual, MVS Engineering looks upon Mr. Siddharth Rastogi to build new collaborations and launch new technological innovations in partnership with leading manufacturing companies around the world.Vice President (Technical): Mr. D. K . ChaudhuryMr. D.K. Chaudhury has been with MVS since the late 70's. Mr. Chaudhary's analytical abilities allow him to analyze new challenges with new perspectives. Mr. Chaudhary stays current with latest technologies to ensure our products are staying many steps ahead of our competition. He is also responsible for many of the R&D efforts that are undertaken at MVS Engineering.Vice President (Projects): Mr. K. N. NarulaMr. K.N. Narula has been with MVS for nearly 3 decades and has the overarching responsibility for project execution, equipment manufacturing and quality assurance. Mr. Narula's keen eye to detail is the key for our product quality and his in-depth engineering knowledge including code standards such as ISI and ASME allow MVS products to conform to the best standards in the world.Vice President (Marketing): Mr. Rajeev BhallaMr. Rajeev Bhalla has been with MVS since 1983 and is a very well rounded individual. Mr. Rajeev handles key marketing initiatives and supports the management team with developing cohesive go-to-market strategies. Mr. Bhalla's passion for work and his in-depth knowledge of Gas Generation industry allows him to lay out strategic initiatives that are in line with the customer expectations.Business Manager: Mr. K. K. MehrotraMr. K.K. Mehrotra handles the day-to-day manufacturing operations including purchase. Mr. Mehrotra also interfaces with the customers on a regular basis. Mr. Mehrotra ensures the smooth functioning of daily operations by interfacing with all facets of the organization including procurement, accounts, service, sales and marketing.Vice President (HR): Col. S. M. BahlCol. Bahl retired from the Indian Armed Forces in early '90s and joined MVS Engineering to oversee key administrative areas including HR and governmental liaising. Col. Bahl instills a sense of discipline in the organization.
