MVS Engineering is a pioneer and the leading supplier of Hydrogen Generators. Our range of products covers the entire gamut of technologies. So, whatever your requirement, we have a technology available suited to server your needs.

Among the many things taken into consideration to offer you the right-fit solution, we consider:
  • Purity desired (and whether presence of carbon in ppm levels acceptable)
  • Capacity of Hydrogen
  • Storage requirements
  • Cost of utilities for the technology

To learn about the individual technologies we offer for Hydrogen Generation, you please read more below.

Water Electrolysis - BiPolar Membrane (PEM)
    protoncomposite_new
PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) is the most advanced Water Electrolysis technology in the market today. We have partnered with Proton OnSite (USA) to offer their innovative range of extremely compact, completely packaged Hydrogen Generators. While the Proton Hydrogen Generator remains at the heart of the solution, MVS provides complete system integration, sales and support services for these in India. Read more...

    Water Electrolysis - BiPolar Alkaline
    hydrogen_small
Hydrogen is produced from disassociation of Water. For lower purity requirements and for larger capacities, we offer high-pressure Bipolar Water Electrolysis (Alkaline-type). This process uses power as the main utility and hence it is suited for mid-size requirements. Read more...

    Ammonia Cracking
    nh3_small
Ammonia (NH3) is cracked to derive an HNX mix of 75% Hydrogen and 25% Nitrogen. These units are suited for metallurgical processes where HNX mix is required for heat treatment furnaces and annealing processes. The investment cost of Ammonia cracker is very low compared to other technologies. Read more...

Methanol Cracking / Steam Methane Reforming (Natural Gas)
    meoh_plant1
Hydrogen can be derived from disassociation of Methanol as well as Natural Gas. These units are considered where the Hydrogen production requirements are large and hence customers looking at more than 200 NM3/hr Hydrogen should consider these.

    Hydrogen-rich feedstock Purification
In case you have a Hydrogen-rich feedstock or syn-gas, Hydrogen can be derived by a reliable and robust PSA purification method.
