  Exo-Gas Generator | Endo-Gas Generator | PSA N2+Methanol Inert Gas Generator

Inert Gas is produced by controlled combustion of LPG/Nitrogen or Kerosene fuels. It generally has very little Oxygen. It is mainly mixture of Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and Nitrogen and is commonly used in chemical, petro-chemical, refineries and cement industries for purging, inertization and to provide inert atmosphere.

Gas Composition
  • CO2
  •  : Around 12%
  • O2
  •  : Around 0.5%
  • N2
  •  : Balance
  • CO+H2
  •  : Nil
  • Moisture
  •  : Saturated at 40°C temp.
This inert gas is available at around 500 mm wg pressure and can be directly used for purging. In case you wish to store this inert gas at higher pressure, we provide an intermediate inert gas compressor. Compressed gas is then stored in a tank and from there it is used as and when needed.

    Dew Point of Gas
A Refrigerated dryer or a Desiccant dryer can be installed after this inert gas generator if one needs Dew Point of (+) 5°C or (-) 40°C respectively.
